After a little respite after the DC Black Theatre Festival, I am so glad to announce that the next Rise and Walk production is upon us! "The Haze: A Night of One- Acts" consists of two one act plays written by Artistic Director/Founder, Andre N. Jones. "M", directed by Frantz T. Excellent, is a play about murder, deception and redemption all driven by a hip-hop beat courtesy of Herricane Morales. "M" stars Kim Brown, Tiffany Barrett, Everett Yancey, Roderick Slocum, Miranda Thompson, Larry Beck and Tai Jones. "Psalm of David", directed by Andre N. Jones, makes the statement reality is stranger than fiction. In this story of love, lies and the struggle to forgive we follow actors Kim Brown and Keedra Carroll on a journey that will be talked about well after the lights fade to black.
